Whether you're an experienced runner, a casual walker, or just looking for a great way to spend time with your family (including your furry friends!), this 5K is for you.
The Dardenne Dash is perfect for everyone! You can run, walk, bring your dog, or push a stroller as you enjoy the scenic route and the company of friends and neighbors. Do not miss this opportunity to get active and support a great cause.
A portion of proceeds will go toward Camp Compassion, our annual event for kids that addresses food insecurity in St. Charles County.

Registration Fees:

Route Information:
Participants will start and finish in the parking lot of Christ Alone Lutheran Church (2600 Bates Rd). The route follows Bates Rd over to Henning Rd, taking the jogging path until the crosswalk that leads into Barathaven Park. Participants will go around the lake counter-clockwise, exiting on the path toward Barathaven Blvd; then crossing Henning again to follow the same route back to Christ Alone. A water station and portable restroom will be set up at the entrance to Barathaven Park.Packet Pickup Information:
T-shirts and packets available under tent in the Christ Alone parking lot (while supplies last).Note that shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after 8/31/2024.
Awards & Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded for top finishers in the men’s, women’s, and under-18 divisions. There will also be door-prize winners selected at random. Prizes provided by community businesses such as Good News Brewing Co., Fleet Feet, etc.Event Rules:
- All participants must be to the registration table by 8:15am.
- Pets must be on leashes, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
- Strollers and slower participants should start towards the back of the group to avoid crowding at the start.
- The race will take place rain or shine, but severe weather (e.g. lightning, heavy storms) may delay the event or cause it to be canceled.
